This project was provided for a private client and consisted of a complete renovation of a family house located in N3.

The renovation work included: the creation of a mezzanine floor as well as redesign the original layout of the hallway. Demolition of existing partition wall and installation of steel beams on the ground floor to create a light and bright open-plan space for the whole family.

A designer kitchen with solid countertop installed to space and dining area is furnished with a custom made table. The floor coverings both kitchen and living area replaced throughout with beautiful, sustainably sourced engineered wood. Timber detailing added to the ceilings to make a unique feature. Both bathroom suits had a replacement of new suites with tiling and carpentry works. Custom made furniture in both bedrooms installed and all areas fully decorated to the client's specification.

All electrical and HVAC systems upgraded to latest editions. The total cost for the project was £248k
