Southwark Apartment

For this property, we carried out an internal renovation and made radical changes to the outdated interior design. We fitted a stunning modern open-plan kitchen and completely remodelled this space. We also installed larger windows in the dining area to maximise the light.

The bathroom has been modified to achieve a clean look with travertine. All common areas had engineered wood and bedroom carpeted. Wardrobes have been customised to use limited storage.

Noisy works were carefully managed to minimise any disruption, and communal areas were cleaned several times daily to keep the neighbours while works progressed.
